Welcome to May's Supper Club! Each month, I design a complete sensory adventure inspired by a different global destination. From the sun-drenched coasts of the Mediterranean to the vibrant street markets of Southeast Asia, my customized menus honor authentic culinary traditions while incorporating the finest seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.

These intimate gatherings are more than meals—they're portals to other worlds. Thoughtfully designed tablescapes reflect each destination's aesthetic, custom playlists evoke local soundscapes, and carefully sequenced courses build a narrative that unfolds throughout the evening. Every element works in harmony to transport guests without requiring a passport.

Each ticket includes a curated 5-course dinner, 1 welcome drink, and wine pairings throughout the meal. If the forecast calls for dry weather, we will be dining al fresco on the outdoor terrace.

Absolutely. The sooner Chef Sarah knows about allergy and dietary restrictions the better, as it impacts her ingredient sourcing and menu curation. Please check with all of your guests and let her know as soon as you can.

Where do you source ingredients?

Chef Sarah has a European approach to sourcing ingredients, she is a curator and purveyor of high-quality goods. She sources from farmers markets, Whole Foods or other health-conscious grocers and specialty stores such as local butchers, fish mongers and spice markets.

What kind of food do you cook?

At the heart of everything Chef Sarah cooks is locally-sourced, in-season, fresh, high quality ingredients. She specializes in global, destination-based menus and seasonal menus. She can prepare a curated, bespoke menu – based on your event theme, dietary preferences and more.

Where are your monthly Supper Clubs hosted?

Each month's Supper Club is hosted in a Private Venue in the Upper West Side of NYC. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive more information regarding the address and what to expect.
